So how to adjust/configure PFC if it's not even work? In fact, the output voltage is regulated (as set in the code), but oscillations are obvious.

The powe stage is working.

This is because the input voltage is too low, and the load is too light, but there is current spike during input voltage zero crossing. 

You can ask customer increase the load to 1A, and input voltage upto 230V, then check this again.

This current spike does not look like it's because of the voltage zero crossing. Could you help check it again?

Looks like the input voltage is much less than 75V. In lab 4, the input voltage must be more than 75V for the pwm trip to clear.
