LAUNCHXL-F28379D: Loading and operating CPU1 and CPU2 in parallel

Hi I want to load both CPU1 and CPU2 so that both projects would run in parallel to one another but when I load CPU1 project to the launchpad CPU2 stops working does anyone have any idea what am I doing wrong

Hi,

Are you using your custom application or you are running any C2000Ware example?

Is there any IPC handshake between the cores which stops CPU1 when you load CPU2?

When it stops, there is the PC in CPU1?

Hi Santosh.

1. I am using a c2000ware example namely the blinky led one from the driverlib folder.

2. There is no IPC handshake between the cores.

3. I don't think I understand the question.

I'm assuming your using a debugger. If this is your first project, please check that your CPU2 binary file (e.g. CPU2.out) is being programmed to CPU2. Often the default debugger configuration will incorrectly program CPU1.out into both CPU1 AND CPU2.
