Good day! I am posting this in behalf of the cusotmer
We have a C2000-Gang programmer. We are a end user and one of our suppliers needs us to use this device to download firmware to their devices at our facilities. We have it all setup to do so, but are experiencing errors (in particular Err73) when trying to download the firmware to their device. One of the items they want us to update is the “API Firmware” from the current version “01.01.04.00” on the device (See screen shot 1 below) to an updated one of at least “01.01.07.03” (See screen shot 2 below).
**Could you direct me on how to update the “API Firmware” from the current version on the device to the version that they want us to have on the C2000-Gang Programmer?
