Hello TI team,
We are using TMS320F28335PTPS chipset for all of our products till now. But currently because of chip shortages and all we had to move to different package(BGA) but same chipset TMS320F28335ZJZS .
Is there any open issues with this package(BGA) ? Reason is because we are observing strange issue where we have to inverter values for our few variable and then it works for BGA package chipset..
Example: We have a master and slave device, both of them require above DSP chip. If we have both of them with TMS320F28335PTPS package all good. But if one of them is BGA package chip then we have to invert values(0/180) offset in BGA package chip to make it work. This thing is observe across all the BGA chips we have used till now. PCB design and Pin mapping is same for both chipsets.
Please let me know if you have heard of any similar issue for above listed BGA package chip.
