Hello,

The TRM advises how to use a GPIO instead of SPISTE in some cicumstances:

I find myself in this situation however I can't choose 'None' for SPISTE selection in SYSCONFIG.

Please can you allow the pin configuration for SPISTE to be optional?

Hi Kier,

Thanks for your question. You can remove the SPISTE pin by choosing "Use Case" to be "CUSTOM" in the SPI menu of Sysconfig:

When you choose CUSTOM, you can then select the pins you would like to use individually in the "Pins Used" section:
