TMS320F280025: Application problems of chips

Part Number: TMS320F280025
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: C2000WARE

The automobile air conditioning heat pump project is currently a 400V, 800V system, which may be upgraded to 1500V application later

For the current 280025 applications, resources may need to be upgraded in the later period. For example, the current 80M of the primary frequency may need to be upgraded to 100 120M of storage resources. It is also better to have the OTA function when adding storage resources. It is necessary to recommend a cost-effective solution?

Does the 280025 currently support both CAN and LIN interfaces, and how to use them?

After the configuration of PIN32 and PIN27 GPIO ports is pulled down, the crystal oscillator cannot start up, and it can start up when the configuration is suspended. Therefore, the current configurations of PIN 3, 4, 7, 10, and 25 are all pulled down. Will they affect other functions of the chip?

Can PIN 10 be used as the AD interface, and the specification says it is used as analog input?

  • Hello, our CAN and LIN experts will be able to answer your question shortly, thank you for your patience.

  • I have other questions that I need you to reply to me. Please help me to have a look. Thank you!

  • Hi Tony,

    Please see responses below.

Does the 280025 currently support both CAN and LIN interfaces, and how to use them?

Yes, the F28002x supports both CAN and LIN protocols, please download C2000Ware and see the examples provided in the following directories on how to use them. Guidance is provided through the examples.

Please see device datasheet "Pin Attributes" table for other functions on these device pins. Example below (datasheet lists all other pins you have requested):
