TMS320F280039C: CLA Safety Test

Dear Expert,

I am performing CLA safety test during startup. I integrated the library and running all test at startup. All of them are OK except POST_11 which seems to be added recently and is checking FPU. Do I need any specific configuration on CLA to run it? Otherwise, which condition would make only fail this test?

Hi Marc,

What is the return value when you run POST_11? Are you making sure that STL_CLA_POST_VECTOR_11 is given a large enough delay? The runtime of POST_11 is the main thing I can think of that sets it apart from the other POST tests.

Hi Whitney,

Thanks, I wasn't aware STL_CLA_POST_VECTOR_11 took much more time, and looks like I wasn't setting the proper delay accordingly.
