Part Number: F28M36P63C2
The MII_PHYRSTn pin does not output a low level when the 3.3v power supply rises.
Since the PHY, which is the output destination of MII_PHYRSTn, expects MII_PHYRSTn to be at a low level when the power supply rises, the initialization of the PHY is not performed correctly.
Concerto implementation conditions:
・12MHz crystal is connected to the X1 and X2 terminals.
・Low level is input to ARS and XRS for 200ms when power is turned on by Reset IC.
・The BOOT0, BOOT1, BOOT2, and BOOT3 pins are pulled up on the board.
I would like to isolate whether it is a board problem or a Concerto specification problem, so please tell me what the Concerto's MII_PHYRSTn should do when powering up.
