While trying to debug I2C fan speed controller code in TMS320F28379D, I am receiving the following error

Trouble Halting Target CPU:
(Error -1156 @ 0x0)
Device may be operating in low-power mode. Do you want to bring it out of this mode? Choose 'Yes' to force the device to wake up and retry the operation. Choose 'No' to retry the operation without waking the device.
(Emulation package 8.1.0.00012)

On choosing Yes/No/Cancel options the message box is again popping up. How can I resolve this issue?

Hi,

Is this your custom board or TI EVM? Can you try to put the board in 'WaitBoot' mode and then try?

Hi Santhosh,

Thank you for the reply. Yes, it is my custom board. I have tried putting the board in the wait boot mode. Now I am not receiving the error msg that i previously mentioned, instead the error status pin is going high on power up.

Arya,

Are you using CCS12.1? If you are using older CCS, I will recommend to install latest CCS.

Open your target configuration file (.ccxml), and then run 'Test Connection', and then send the log if it does not succeed.
