I saw a different post pointing to a control card schematic but my customer can't find it. Where is the schematic for the F28388DZWTS?

And is TI still recommending buffer for the VREFHIx for the F28388D?

Customer indicated that he does not see this folder in his PC. What should be installed so that this file is downloaded to his PC?
