TMS320F28069M: InstaSPIN with 2 motors

Greetings! In the example labs as LAB06e usage of 2 motor is demonstrated. BUT the motors are connected on different adc and pwm channels - in short there are 2 inverters operating with single uC. In my case I have use a single inverter and there will be connected 2 motor. What functionality of InstaSPIN i can use in this case? Can I used it the same way as there is only 1 motor? Motor ID and so on?

PP: The motors with act simultaneously -> same direction same speed and so on. They move the bridge of a crane..

Do you want to connect these two motors to the single inverter at the time? Or just run these two motor separately and only one motor is connected to the inverter?

All of the sensorless-FOC includes InstaSPIN-FOC only can support one motor with a dedicated inverter, and can't drive two motors with a single inverter.

You have to use open-loop like v/f control for this case, and need these two motor have the same specification.

Yes, I want to connect them at the same time. Can I use at least close-loop v/f? The motors are with same specs.

The v/f is open-loop control and only this control can be implemented in this case you want. There is no close-loop v/f control.
