TMS320F280037: SYSCONFIG: ADC assignment to pins

Part Number: TMS320F280037
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSCONFIG

Hello,
I see that I can choose the analog pins for the Analog Block. Is it possible to assign to each of the 3 ADCs (ADCA, ADCB, ADCC) the dedicated pins (eg ADCA to A0, A5, A8, A9, A10)? In this case customer needed 10x ADC input, 2x DAC, 1x CMP and each needs an own pin. It is difficult to see in an overview what pin is used by ADCA, ADCB, ADCC, DAC and CMP.
Also it would be great if the pin in the configuration view window would light up in the package view window. Then you would directly see when you change anything.

Regards, Holger

  • Hi Holger,

Thanks for your feedback! Currently individual selction of the ADCs (to disable pins based on it) isn't directly supported. But like you mentioned, the way to currently do this is to enable all analog group pins, choose the needed ones from ADC section, then disable ones not needed.

I will pass this feedback on to the Sysconfig team on this though.

    Regards,

    Vince
