Hi Team,
*** PLEASE RESET TARGET IN SCI BOOT-LOADER MODE *** Connecting with target (autobaud)... OK. Bootloading... failed (invalid echo)!
There were 5 boards. I used the USB to switch to the network port module to program the program. Only two boards could be programmed normally on the C2Prog V1.9 software, and the other three boards all had this problem. The high and low levels of electricity of the SCI boot mode were also set according to the datasheet, and the hardware circuit had also been checked. There was no problem of false soldering or wrong soldering, and the voltage of the chip was normal. Could you please tell me how to solve this problem? Which part should I inspect?
The last two highlighted sentences in the picture suggests if the chip has an undervoltage or power interruption during the erasing and programming process, the chip password would be damaged and permanently locked. When I downloaded the program, I used the USB to power the chip. When I download the program, the problem mentioned in the beginning of this threads occurred. (
Bootloading... failed (invalid echo)!) I unplugged the USB and plugged it in again. I wonder if this will cause the chip to be permanently locked?
