TIDM-1000: 110 Ohm load

Part Number: TIDM-1000

Hi Team,

The load is 110 Ohm. The voltage is 400V.

The current loop of BUILD2 can not work when ClearTrip=1. And boost rectification operation cannot be achieved.

Is it because the load is too low?

  • Addition from customer:

I give the AC input phase voltage 50v Rms, the rectified stable voltage is 400V, and the load value is 110 ohms. After building Build2 and clearing the trip ClearTrip=1, the current loop boost cannot reach 400V.

    And,

I give the AC input phase voltage 50v Rms, the rectified stable voltage is 400V, and the load value is 500 ohms, and Build2 boosts normally after clearing the trip.

    What is the reason?

  • Hi Yale,

pls follow the test procedure in the user guide. Looks like it can work normally with 500 ohms.

Customer can check if the TZFLG.OST has been set. I guess it may trigger the protection for some reason.
