TIDM-02002: why secondary duty should be 45%?

Part Number: TIDM-02002

Hello. I'd like to ask you a theoretical question. TIDM-02002 is DC/DC converter

On the primary side, to convert DC to AC(pulse) its duty must be 50%. i understand this.

On the secondary side, to rectify AC(pulse) to DC, i wonder why its duty are suppose to be 45% (not 50%).

To prevent being shorted? or something else?

Thank you.
