Please make sure that customer has the latest FW from Elprotronic installed on the GANG; they can download here: https://content.elprotronic.ca/C2000-GANG-Setup.zip

Does customer see this on multiple devices, or just the one listed? Above FW check will ensure that all the latest DS numbers are being used by the programmer.

Hi Matthew,

The customer find this issue at several pieces of PCBA.

Except this, He also encountered ERROR 23: MCU device init and this issue:

This issue occurred when he erased after connected successfully.

Elpro noticed from the dialogue that customer is supplying the power to the DUT from the Gang programmer. Can customer supply power externally and see if the issue goes away? If the max current from the GANG is exceeded it can cause this issue.
