PI controller for induction motor

Hello,

I am currently attending the Power Control systems course and doing a project on a FOC controller for an induction machine. Searching documents and articles on the internet, I have founded the  "Teaching PI controller behavior" article, and it is amazing . I finished today reading the ten parts but I have a doubt about the last one. In the image below, I designed a FOC controller with PSIM for an induction machine. The parameters I used were from Eaton 40hp ACIM of your excel file. The only doubt that remained was which PI parameters to use in each PI controller. In the excel file, they gave K, Ka, Kbq, Kbd, Ki, and Kp but I don't know where to put these parameters in my PIs. I have one PI after my speed reference, another after the Iq reference, and another one after Id. Could anyone help me to understand this better? Thanks for your attention,

What do you mean this? You can just need to set the Kp and Ki parameters for the PI controller module you shown above. The Kp and Ki can be calculated based on the motor parameters, the detailed calculation formula/equation can be found in the related motor control textbooks.

Since you are using the PSIM software, you may try post this question on the PSIM technical forum as well.
