TMS320F280049: Why 1.2V external supply for VDD not available for 56-pin RSH package?
This is because the VREGENZ pin is not available on the RSH package. This pin has an internal pull-down, thereby enabling the on-chip VREG by default. So, there is no provision to supply 1.2v externally for this package.
