TMS320F28020: C2000-gang cannot loading and removing programs

Hi Team

Now my customer meet a problem. The copier cannot perform loading and deleting programs. Is it related to the following settings? If so, Is there any way to remove the secure device after protecting the equipment?

The tool is asking if you want to go ahead and program the passwords and secure the device.

If you want to secure the device, then you can proceed with it.
