TMS320F28379D: Zero crossing detection for internal sinusoidal variable using software

A sinusoidal variable is generated at the output of a PI controller. It has switching frequency ripple. I tried zero crossing detection of this variable. However, there is multiple zero crossings at the zero crossings. Kindly let me know the best way to do this zero crossing detection through software.

    Hi Milarepa,

    I just got assigned for this thread. If you are still interested, can you please clarify what you mean by the Sine waveform from PI output at switching frequency? Normally the PI controller normally run one time during each switching period, and I am not sure how you can get an Sine waveform output from PI output. If your setup / scheduling is different, please specify how you are implementing your control.
