we are using TMS320F2808 processor and we need one clarification, Minimum how many bytes we can write into flash at a time?

    Akhil,

    For these devices, using 180nm flash, the flash write is performed at the word(16 bit) level.  There is no restriction on min/max bits that are programmed in a given word; i.e. you can clear (writing a 0) to just 1 bit or the entire word at your preference. 

    To be clear, erase (changing from 0 to 1) is a different matter, erase has to be done at the sector level when it is needed.
