TMS320F280023: eCAP Input Selection using Input X-Bar

Hello,

I want to use Input X-Bar as eCAP. In this case, I have to select an input X-Bar for eCAP, so it can be configured with ECCTL0 [INPUTSEL] register.

However, the select index in Table 18-1 seems different. In the case of 280049, it shows the input X-Bar selection for eCAP as in Table 19-1.

Can I use the input select register for 280023 like 280049?

Also, if I want to used AIO pin for eCAP, how do I select input for eCAP. It is difficult to find the correct selection register.

Hi Seunghoon,

XTRIPOUT-XBAR[7:0] is equivalent to Output XBAR [8:1]. Same with GPIOTRIP-XBAR[16:1] and Input XBAR [16:1]. This is an error in our documentation that we will correct.

I will ask one of our pinmux experts to assist with your question about AIOs.
