TMS320F28377S: Issues about ISP online upgrade on 28377S

Part Number: TMS320F28377S

Hi Team,

There's an issue from the customer need your help:

We have developed a manual interface and DSP28377S communication ourselves to communicate and upgrade online using our own ISP program.

The SCIA (GPIO-84/GPIO-85) used as the communication port to complete the communication to and from the ISP;

When we did an ISP upgrade, we found that some hex files were burned to work, but some hex files did not work properly, mainly because some hex programs were upgraded to allow SCI communication. Some hex programs have been upgraded and the DSP does not reply after sending data using SCI;

The upgraded files are hex files generated by CCS.

What are the requirements of the generated hex? My hex file is configured as follows, are they correct?

Or can you provide a communication flow for the ISP upgrade? Or can you provide a specific process for ISP upgrades?

Where PT6030100(ok).hex and PT6030100(error).hex are the burning file files in the attachment. (OK) can be burned successfully, (error) failed.

Could you help check this case?

Thanks& Regards,

Ben
