I have code which runs perfectly find when using the debugger to deploy and run code. However, when I attempt to power cycle the board, the code does not run (as indicated by a toggling GPIO pin). I have pulled GPIO72 and 84 to VDDIO through 10K pullups to select flash as the device boot option.
I'm not sure what debugging steps to take to resolve this issue, any help would be appreciated.
