TMS320F28377S: XRS Internal Pull-Up

Good Day.

The customer would like to know the ohmic value of the internal pullup applied to /XRS pin for the TMS320F28377SPTPT. On the datasheet, he can only find that there's an internal pullup (pages 33 and 39) but there is no value declared.

Ray,

This is not a physical resistor, but an active current source. That is the reason the pull-up strength is specified in terms of current in the datasheet. You can model it as a resistor for calculations, but it is not a physical resistor.

Good Day. I found a typical current of 150uA for the "I_pullup " on page 55. Is this the reference value I should consider for the pullup on /XRS then?
