For Prograimming ic TMS320F28377S below error shows

Flash Programmer: Error erasing sector A. FMSTAT (STATCMD on same devices) value = 1040.

File loader : memory write failed : unknown error

    Hi Shankar,

    As the error message mentioned, the device is locked.

    You can enter the password in the GUI and unlock the device before proceeding for the flash operations.

    Thank you for your reply . 

    Any way to unlock device without password or erase all the information inside locked zone or erase sector A and FMSTAT value set to default value .

    We have purchased IC TMS320F28377S at high value price from unauthrosed delaer (same IC not available in stock at any authorised disturbutor and TI onilne site ) . 

    Hope you will give us best solution for same .

    Hi Shankar,

    If the device is locked and if you don't know the password, then there is no way to recover it.

    I notified our marketing team that you got locked silicon from an unauthorized dealer.

    Hi Shankar,

    It might be that the devices that you got are not brand new (we are not sure since the devices are not taken from an authorized dealer).
