TMS320F28027: Unable to select correct Target PC

I am running CC on my Mac. I am using a C2000 Piccolo F28028F board.

Whenever I try trying to run a program on my C2000 Piccolo F28028F board, I get the following error

"The project is not compatible with any CPU in target configuration".

I tried changing the target CPU, and used the following steps

Texas Instruments -> XDS100v3 USB Debug Probe -> Experimenter's Kit Piccolo 28027F.

How do I rectify this error?

    Hi,

    Which version of CCS you are using? Are you using the example from C2000Ware SDK or it is your custom application?

    Can you open the target configuration file and make sure the emulator and device is selected correctly and then run 'Test Connection'
