TMS320F28069M: error during continues operation of microcontroller

Embedded C is program is written in which 90M Hz frequency and 10 microsec as timeperiod is taken for CPU timer, PC configuration is 512ssd and 8GB RAM. So I am using microcontroller for motor testing with load but as I load it 2 or 3 time it is not showing the in PC that "couldnot read error".

I regret I am unable to understand exactly what your problem is. If you lose debugger connectivity when the motor is loaded, it could be due to noise. A galvanically-isolated debug probe might help.

This is not a device issue per se. Due to radiated/conducted noise, the debugger lost connection with the device. As mentioned before, you could use an isolated JTAG debug probe. Please take a look at https://www.blackhawk-dsp.com/products/jtag-isolation. If the problem is due to radiated noise, you need to look into shielding your equipment.
