Hi,

I'm trying out a TMS320F280039C controlCARD.

I created an empty project from the driverlib examples in C2000Ware, and build into the following two warnings:

#10247-D creating output section "GpioCtrlRegsFile" without a SECTIONS specification
#10247-D creating output section "GpioDataRegsFile" without a SECTIONS specification

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

You are invoking InitGpio (Bitfield approach) which uses GpioDataRegs and GpioCtrlRegs. These are defined in the linker command file located at <C2000WareInstallDir>\device_support\f28003x\headers\cmd\f28003x_headers_nonBIOS.cmd.

You will need to add this file to your project to get rid of these warnings.
