Is there a migration instruction file for TMS320F2808 and TMS320F28035 to F280039/49? Thanks

    While we don't have any direct guides for the devices you mention, I think your best option is this migration guide: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/SPRACZ7 This details migration from 2833x to 2837x.  This is what I would call a Gen2 to Gen3 migration guide, there is going to be alot of application for moving from the both the 280x and 2803x to the 003x/004x in terms of peripherals and SW structure.
