Other than that，It is best to have a GPIO port high-speed output routine

Hi Depeng,

Please see the GPIO - Output Timing section of the datasheet. This is the max toggling frequency (assuming the GPIO is able to be requested to change by the CPU that fast). If the CPU is too busy doing other things, then obviously the speed will be less while GPIO waits for those other things.
