TMS320F28069: Double layer PCB reference design for C2000 family

Part Number: TMS320F28069
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDM-02010

I am doing motor control projects for various cost competitive applications. I need to design two layer PCBs for those projects to reach price goals.

Those applications are typically 220V 50Hz grid supplied, 50W to 1kW PM motor driver boards. Due to competitive price target, MOSFET/IGBTs are driven with bootstrap methodology and I cannot isolate microcontroller ground from power ground and/or analog ground.Current sensing is done from shunt resistors at inverter leg lower side MOSFET sources.

Previously I have had several noise problems with C2000 at motor control applications. There was audible noise during motor operation and got problems and misleading trip zone faults etc. I have overcomed all of those problems with a C2000 mounted.4 layer CPU PCB. But this means a higher price 4 layer PCB and its connection to power pcb (adiditional labor cost and connector cost) .

Do you have any reference design of C2000 microcontroller motor control application similar to my requirements with double layer PCB?
