TMS320F2800157: Using RTOS to pass IEC60730 Class B certification

Hi C2000 team,

I am interested to build up one BMS (of Energy Storage System) with C2000 series MCU.

The BMS needs IEC60730 Class B cerification.

Is there any risk to pass IEC60730 Class B certification with C2000 MCU running RTOS?

Thanks for your response.

I am confirming whether it is ok to run SafeRTOS or FreeRTOS or any other RTOS on BMS.

Will RTOS (this feature) block IEC60730 Class B cerification procedure? Shall I adopt non-OS instead of RTOS?

SafeRTOS claims to be safety certified. FreeRTOS is not.
