Hi All,

I am interfacing TMS320f280039C controller with BQ79731 EVM board using SPI communication.

39C is master & BQ79731 is slave.

master need to send wake up ping to slave.

i changed jumper wire for SPI interface- on EVM.

MOSI , MISO ,CLK ,CS pins connected properly.

Question : How to send wakeup ping signal through master?

Rahul,

Based on the figure 8-55. Ping Timing. It looks like holding MOSI pins low for tHLD_WAKE time when chip select is pulled low should do the trick. The easiest way to do is to configure both chip select, MOSI pin as GPIO output pins and provide wake-up signal.
