My customer has the following questions:
- Which datasheet parameters on TMS320LF2407APGEA are production tested?
- Which datasheet parameters are measured indirectly at production?
- Which datasheet parameters are guaranteed by design only?
- What temperature(s) are the devices production tested at?
- Is the production testing 100% of devices or sampled?
If sampled, what is the sampling procedure and sample coverage?
