TMS320F28027F: change motor operation direction when using InstaSPIN FOC

Hi Team,

Our customer set the speed parameter to negative value in InstaSPIN FOC program.

Do they need to change USER_MAX_NEGATIVE_ID_REF_CURRENT_A and USER_ZEROSPEEDLIMIT to negative in user.h?
