TMS320F28377D: stuck at a line while flashing a chip

Part Number: TMS320F28377D
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH

Hi Team,

There is an issue from the customer need your help:

At present we use script generate by uniflash to load program.

The process of script burning is to write OTP encryption first, then erase FLASH and write FLASH.

Sometimes the OTP encryption was successful but flash got stuck. That means the chip is encrypted and has no program in it.

Occurs less than 10% of the time, but cannot be determined with certainty.

When an error occurs, no error is reported, but the output of the console prompts to pause at a certain line of erasing or writing, and does not continue.

I have encountered it before but I didn't care about it. Now when the factory is producing, one of ten machine has this situation.

Since the program is encrypted first, the program cannot be burned again. I decrypted the machine with which has the problem and burned it again. The problem was solved, so this problem is not easy to reproduce.

How to solve this problem?

Could you help check this case?

Thanks and Regards,

Ben
