We provide the serial flash programmer and SCI flash kernel which use SCI communication to update the flash.

In C2000WARE-DIGITALPOWER-SDK, under Solutions->TIDM-02011 folder has FOTA example for F28003x device.

Also, firmware updates via CAN is currently supported for F28003x device only and will be added to other devices in future.

We don't have any plan on adding support for F2838xD. F28003x has MCAN Flash kernels which you can use as a reference.

Just checked the example, it mentions booting but not FOTA, correct ?

If yes, can you please confirm : 

• We don't provide any FOTA example today (also via other comm port)
• We don't plan to make ones.

Yes, that's not FOTA example. For F2838xD we don't have FOTA example and do not have plan as of now to support.
