Hi,

Im trying to use Launchxl-f28379d board to implement a High voltage sensorless DC-AC 3 phase inverter to control an induction motor. I already found an great TI example which is done for F2833x cpu but it's not compatible with 28379d. I wanted to know is there any shotcut or instruction to do necessary modifications to have atleast the initial pwm waves?

Hi,

No, there is no specific instruction for migration of code from F2833X to F28379D. But the general rule would be checking the settings in terms of device difference, rather than the control algorithms.

Thank you for your reply. You think it would be easier to do it from scratch? because as far as I checked there is lots of stuff that need to be changed.

Understand that you want to migrate from a single core device to a dual core device that will need some modifications to reuse the code.

It depends on your preference to modify on the old code or start a new one.

Yeah, but I will just use one core for this function. Do you have any suggestion where can I start to learn about the settings and the header files that needs to be changed? I am kind of new to TI and CC
