Please refer to the Memory Map table in the data sheet (table 7.1). This table shows which memory blocks have ECC and Parity.

I cannot find any description of CLA data rom in Table 7-1.

Yes, all ROM blocks have Parity. This is mentioned in table 4-1 but not clear. I will ask the document owners to clarify in the next revision.
