How much resistance is there between the analog ground and digital ground of F28379d ?

Here is the response I got from a design expert:

There is some internal isolation between VSS and VSSA to provide some noise isolation. However, there is a connection between VSS and VSSA through the silicon substrate. This connection is not high impedance so some ohmic short can be observed.

in my dsc board I did not connect the analog and digital ground, but when I populated the DSC, seems like i lost the isolation between the analog and digital ground, when i measured with multimeter, it shows aroun 4 ohms. first i thought i made some mistake in my board, now it is clear from your reply.
