Which example and what board are you using? And what motor control algorithm are you implementing? Please provide a detailed information to help us to understand your questions?

 what motor control algorithm are you implementing? :we have to run FAN motor (motor 2)->

2.number of pole:12

3.type of motor:BLDC

4.BLDC peak current :3A

Did you follow the lab user's guide (3.3.4.4 Run the Code) as below to set or identify the motor parameters? To run a new motor without the right motor parameters in user_mtr1/2.h, you must set the correct motor parameters in user_mtr1/2.h files.

I was use a BLDC motor  with FAST algorithm.

I believe I have entered the my motor parameters correctly. I am using FAST algorithm.

But still motor not run.

Also provide details of how to check temprature(TEMP_EVAP,TEMP_PIPE) sensor value in watch expression.

Please attach the motor parameters. Is this motor a high voltage one? What dc bus voltage is adding on the board?

This is reserved for the user, not used in the example project.

In sensor:I used ntc sensor 

In motor related we used standard nidec & hitachi motor is used

Known parameter is no. Of pole pairs is 8

Ls:15 mH

Rs:3.5 osm

Remaining parameter no idea

What to do?? 

I don't understand which port pin is used for temprature sensor so please provide details of this ?? 

How to see temperature value  in expression window??

we are checking fan motor operation with following steps:

1:we have connected 390VDC to VdC(j11) & PGND (J10).

2.3-phase BLDC Motor(340VDC,17W) connected To  Fan (J12) Uf,Vf,Wf.

3.tidm_02010_dmpfc_0013x in this project->Properties->predefined symbol->PFC_DISABLE & MOTOR2_ESMO_N applied.

4.User_mtr2.h ->following parameter are set as per motor

Can you try to run a higher power motor like 50~100W? And the motor parameters are correct? Please attach the datasheet of the motor.

We have 33W & 45W motor only but with potted PCB. In our application we use 45W Motor only for ODU, for testing we are checking with 17W motor.

Don't have datasheet (Type No. PUS12KEC025U Nidec 17W motor).

We will check any other possibility. Please suggest any other method.

We have check with 45 watt motor type no. ZKFP-45-8-96 still not running. 

As mentioned above, did you set the right motor parameters for FAST estimator? Please share the datasheet of the motor and the measured motor phase current waveform if possible.

How did you get and set the motor parameters in the example project if you don't have the datasheet of the motor? 

The current waveform is not correct even though the motor parameters is not correct.

Hi, we have opened the motor and measured resistance, inductance by lcr meter. 

How did you measure the Rs and Ls? Are the values is phase to phase? Or phase-to-neutral?

You may try to identify the motor parameters directly as shown in the lab user's guide.

measure value of  Rs and Ls phase to phase & divide value by 2 and put this value as per below:

Please take a look at the lab user's guide, and follow the guide to change the related variables and parameters for running the motor in build 2, 3, and 4.

BTW, you need to set the motorVars[1].flagEnableRunAndIdentify to 1 to start the motor as shown in the lab user's guide.

Follow the lab user's guide to identify the motor parameters first and then tuning the related parameters. You may just run the motor on the fan inverter side, and please attach the measured current waveform directly and the user_mtr2.h.
