TMDSCNCD280049C: TMDSCNCD280049C-Short-circuit problem

In the picture, there is a short circuit between Goldfinger pin 53 and the magnetic bead. Please help to confirm what the situation is and whether there is a solution

    This is a ferrite bead, having a low DC resistance is beneficial. Please go look at the spec for this component.

    The problem is that the net of GPIO02（pin53）and the net of 3.3V are short in the product（280049C Control Card）， but  the net of GPIO02（pin53）and the net of 3.3V are disconnected in schematic and PCB documents。 Therefor,  the GPIO02 can't work normally ,the pin of GPIO02 always remains 3.3V.

    My mistake I must have thought Pin 53 was something else. Yes I agree that Pin 53 should not be shorted to VDDIO.

    Does the device turn on and operate correctly? It sounds like GPIO 2 has suffered ESD or EOS causing it to be shorted to VDDIO. Though solder bridges are possible shorts, internal or external, are well tested for before the controlCARD is shipped.

    What have you connected this board to before the issue was found?

    The controlCard only connected to a TMDSHSECDOCK (USB of computer powered). The device can work correcly except GPIO02 (shorted to 3.3V). We loaded the LLC program of TIDA-010062 for 280049C without PowerBoard ,the SR driver signal is always 3.3V. Then We just found out the GPIO02 is shorted to the net of 3.3V. Until now,the controlCard can work  correcly except GPIO02 (shorted to 3.3V).

    Sounds like the controlCARD has suffered a failure on this pin. It could be related to a bridging short, however hearing what you have said my expectation is that this is probably a IO failure on the C2000 device, but it would be difficult to determine without further testing. 

    Since these devices are short tested before leaving the manufacturing site this likely occurred after the device arrived, meaning that the most likely answer would be ESD or EOS.

    Replace U1 or the entire controlCARD(easier).
