f28069 schemaatic

I don't think that TI is keen to share the detailled schematic of their parts. ;-) However you can find more detailled block diagrams in the specific userguides for the peripherals. In the datasheet you will find a table with the pin assignments - what more would you ask for??

Hi,

 i got the shcematic from the controlsuite (picollo f28069). but the microcontroller i use has 80 pins. but in the schematic there is a pin EPAD which is maraked with

pin no. 81

All the other pin nos. match exactly with the pin nos. given in the datasheet

the config given in controlsuite is for U2 TMS320F28069U-PFP

the one i use isTMX320F28069PNA. even if i doubt the given scheme is for 100 pin structure the 81 pin for 100 pin is VDD.

All the other pins except this pin is matching.

can anyone help me out on this

The PFP package is an 80-pin Low-Profile Quad Flatpack with a PowerPAD (aka. thermal pad) on the bottom of the package.  The schematic is representing this thermal pad as "pin 81".

The datasheet indicates the package designator meaning in Section 4.3 and there is a mechanical drawing in Section 7.
