[F2808] CCS assumes device in low-power mode

Hi,

I've the problem CCS loses the connection to my F2808-board (bases on ezdsp-schematic und the design rules for F28xx-processors). I programm an debug the system with a XDS100v2 emulator. Moreover I'm using one of the TI-examples (Example_280xEPwm3UpAQ) to programm the F2808.

For three to six seconds there are no problems and the PWM signal is shown on the oscilloscope screen.

But then all pins of the F2808 are low and I get the following message:

Error:
(Error -1156 @ 0x0)
Device may be operating in low-power mode. Do you want to bring it out of this mode?
(Release 5.0.333.0)

If I choose 'yes' CCS chrashes.

Maybe someone has an idea hich I should check out.
