TMS320F28335: TMS320F28335 Compiling/Building Error

Hi Arsalan, 

Could you zip your project and send it over? I believe these errors are being produced by not including the correct files from the device support folder. Have you checked our examples and their include options? The include options can be found under C2000 Compiler. It appears you only have controlSUITE being included, and I believe you might need to use the device_support folder from C2000ware as additional include option.

Hi Arsalan,

Instead of importing the headers into your project, try including the .c files. Take a look at Example_2833xEPwmUpDownAQ example project to see how they linked the includes. 

This should fix the errors you're seeing.

Can you show your C/C++ Build setting of the project properties? You'll need to expose the advanced settings first by clicking on the link in the lower left corner of the dialog.

Thanks. This is incorrect. The option to "Use default build command" should be enabled so that you use the gmake that comes with CCS. Please enable it and make sure the build command looks like my screenshot.

These errors are more standard linker errors. The project you are using is a C2000Ware example and should build out of the box. I'm not sure why you are getting those errors.

Ryan, can you take a look at these and see why a standard C2000Ware example would have issues?

The customer project looks broken. It can't find the RTS library and the fpu lib. That is why the customer is getting those linker errors.

Finally, the compiling/building errors issue has been resolved by installing the new CCS 12.2 & C2000ware 4.0.3. Thanks for resolving this issue.
