TMS320F28027: How to eliminate the effect of reverse ampere force?

I use a velocity loop to control the motor. When I don't need the output of the speed loop, I set the maximum output of the speed loop to 0, that is to say, the expected value of the idiq axis of the current loop will be 0, but when I pull the motor (our application is that there is a rope on the motor shaft , you can drive the motor by pulling the rope), there will be a reaction force at this time, because the output of the speed loop is limited to 0, but the pid of the current loop is still running. At this time, the ctrl_getiq_in_pu function of the iq axis will get the input, then The pid of the iq axis will output current to resist this reverse force, so how can I solve this problem safely and perfectly when I limit the output of the speed loop to 0? My requirement is to pull freely without feeling resistance, that is, I don’t want the iq axis to generate countercurrent. I also tried to limit the output of the speed loop to 0 and force the refValue of the iq axis to 0, but the effect is not good. Ideal, but there are still many problems, the id axis seems to have an output? Because I still feel resistance.
I also tried turning the pwm off when needed, and then on when needed, and when the pwm is off, there is indeed no resistance, and I can pull freely, but there are problems with turning on the pwm when needed, such as the motor occasionally Howling, or freezing.
Is there any good way?
