              All shipped devices are tested at TI using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) as part of the production process. ATEs are capable of running hundreds (or thousands) of test patterns in seconds or less. It is impractical to manually replicate even a fraction of what the ATE does on a testbench. Perhaps you could write targeted test cases for every peripheral your application is using, successful running of which could provide a measure of confidence you are looking for.
