TMS320F28386D: Fusa Start up test

I read the Functional Safety Manual for TMS320F2838x Real-Time Microcontrollers SFFS022 – DECEMBER 2022.

There are many Safety Features and Diagnostic listed.TMS320F28386D has two C28 cores and one CM core.

But not mentioned about which safety features and Diagnostic, also the test for Diagnostic, shall perform in which core and shall do the Power-On Self-Test,or Periodic Self-Test.

Does TI have these recommendation document?

Take Hardware Built-In Self-Test (HWBIST) as exmaple, shall it perform on both C28 cores?

For the most part, it's up to you to decide based on what safety standard you're targeting and your system's requirements/architecture what type of testing is required. To use HWBIST as an example, is your application using both CPUs for safety related tasks? If so, then you should probably run HWBIST on both. Does the standard you're following tell you which tests should be run periodically and which ones only need to be run at start up?
