Hi,

TMS320F28035 is super set device. Please take a look at the comparison table in datasheet and checks the peripherals available onTMS320F28035.

If it is a new design, we will strongly recommend you to take a look at newer devices (Gen3) which has improved peripherals and better support for tool-chains.
